The Fast Pass programme enables MiniMed™ 780G insulin pump and CGM users to register for priority notifications about Medtronic's Diabetes Next Generation CGM. Design goals are for 0 finger sticks and once commercially available** later this year, you will have the opportunity to upgrade at no extra cost.
Patients who on boarded to their new Insulin Pump before the 1st March 2021 are not eligible to register to the fast pass programme. When the next generation CGM transmitter is commercially launched we will have a separate programme for those patients whose transmitters are in warranty at this time.
*Fast Pass is only offered for a limited time starting 1st March until launch of Next Generation CGM Technology. **Timings are pending CE mark approval. More information will be sent via email for patients who opted in.
