If you want to delete your account for the Medtronic WeCare app, please take the following steps:

  1. Open the app.
  2. On the homepage click on the Account icon or “Go to Your account”
  3. On Your Account page click on the button “Delete my account”.

If you are unable to log-in to the Medtronic WeCare App, please send an e-mail with the subject “Delete WeCare app account” to rs.ukdiabetesproductsupport@medtronic.com with the following information:

  1. First and last name.
  2. Date of Birth.
  3. Registration email.
  4. Country.
